TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Kobe Cares’ Cancellation Policy.
    Once you book a service with us, we reserve your time exclusively. If you need to cancel, you can do so without penalty within 24 hours for one-time services only and 15 days for full-season or monthly contract (Mowing & Snow removal) if we didn’t hear anything from you, your contract will be automatically renewed for the next month.

    You can cancel the service by sending an email to kobecares2019@yahoo.com, texting or calling 780-953-1227.
  2. Discount will not be applied if you cancel the mowing service mid-season (pre-pay only) **if applicable.
  3. Overgrown grass:
    If the grass is overgrown (over 5″ long) at the beginning of your service a one-time surcharge* will be applied to compensate for additional time needed.
  4. Debris bags:
    We provide the first 10 debris bags free. If it exceeds 10 bags, we charge C$5 for each bag. Debris bags will be kept in the property for city pickup.
  5. About extra time:
    Before starting the work if it seems extra time will be needed to complete the job, Kobe Cares team will contact you for the approval of extra hours*
  6. Changing/ Reschedule authority:
    Kobe Cares has the authority to change or reschedule the service date. We consider some factors for this like weather conditions, equipment problems etc.
